after 90 holes of competition it's down to this at the 2022 PDGA Junior Disc Golf World Championships the final nine in the mj-18 division I'm Grant Zellner welcoming you to the infamous North Woods black horse where the front nine will be today's Final nine four ill can grow Henry benty Axel Olson and Andrew philomahala Elkin extending that lead after taking the lead right around the turn in the semi-final round out to a sixth row lead which normally would be pretty comfortable not so much at Northwood hole number one 455 feet this Par 3 is a lot of fun to watch it's a lot of fun to throw that perfect line can reach the basket OB up the left side all the way down the Fairway it can grow airborne and this looks great pin High circles Henry actually LED briefly early in the semi-final round certainly capable of making a run here just needs to get off to a fast start that's just fine from Mercer Island Washington Axel Olsen it's a good start for axel and from Kaysville Utah Andrew fella Mahala and that's going to be very difficult for Andrew he'll be throwing two from this awkward stance once you're out of position here at Northwood it's very difficult to get back in hopes of any kind of scoring and are now throwing three that's great from where he was Andrew Axel and Henry all pretty tightly bunched Axel left himself a little work to do now Henry that should be an easy par ilkin for birdie no just a little off but par is just fine for ilkin unless somebody begins to pressure him from behind here's axel way off on that effort it looks like Andrew and axel opening with bogeys and a couple of pars off to this second the first of four par fours in a row this one 580 feet uphill off the tee pretty flat landing area sharp dog leg to the right players can land anywhere around about here they can approach the basket a little bit further more in this area would be ideal masks get pretty straight on from this point but is positioned on a little bit of a downslope anything that comes in with too much heat is likely to filter back to about circle's Edge here on number two ilkin still...
