i'm paul yuleberry i am a professional disc golfer slash coach i've been playing professionally for 15 years scratch to scratch is a concept where i take an absolute beginner and turn them into a scratch disc golfer i feel like i can make somebody who's really bad and to at least decent i mean i took myself and i made myself decent that was awful when i first started hey i'm trevor sicama don't have a lot of disc golf experience i know that disc golf has been exploding in popularity i'm really excited to get to work with paul and and see what happens from there i mentioned that earlier that i like to compete i'm going to be very competitive with like trying to get this guy to where he wants to be and where i want him to be as well i'm optimistic but at the same time in the back of my mind i gotta be prepared to where if trevor's like awful so what happens is we'll link those two things together for example if i were to go like this and then rip it that's not synchronized right to where let's say i wanted to throw like 80 feet it would look weird but then i'd go in slow motion almost and now i can throw 80 feet paul has recently moved to charlotte and came to us with this idea and he's just i mean he's phenomenal like i i hope it shows up in the footage how just how stinking good he is really capable as a teacher he's taught kyle and i a few few things just like little putting technique things or little throwing things and it's changed a ton for us one thing that's kind of kept me going over the last 15 years is the competition i love to compete i'm very competitive and i'm gonna be very competitive with like trying to get this guy to you know where he wants to be and where i want him to be as well hey i'm trevor sicama don't have a lot of disc golf experience i think the last time i played i played with one total disc the whole time driving uh fairways putters it was just one disc and so that kind of gives you a little bit of background in my disc golf experience...
