Paul Ulibarri’s first throws back from injury

Paul Ulibarri returns to throwing disc golf after an injury and shares his first back throws from the course. At Pharos Park, he attempts short right-handed putter shots, aiming to gauge how his body feels after a five-month layoff. With the guidance of his doctor, Paul takes it easy and tests the distance with two discs - one shot each from 120 ft away. He expresses his nervousness but stays positive, focusing on his technique and not overdoing it. As he navigates through the course, Paul discusses his emotions, acknowledging the fear of uncertainty after an injury. The video captures his progress, excitement, and cautious optimism as he slowly builds up his throwing skills after a period of inactivity.
