what's up everybody welcome back to the channel I'm here my favorite little workout get ready for the season spot we're here at winthrip University in The Big Field and today's the first day I'm going to test out some full shots with the right wing here we go I'm going to start slow I don't want to hurt myself so I'm going to just do a couple putter shots I'm going to then go into some mid-ranges really work on just feeling like what it feels like to throw again if it goes quick maybe I'll be able to push it a little bit farther and farther see how far we can push it today beautiful day here in Rock Hill got my baby got my puer and my wife out here they wanted to see what the office looked like today so I guess let's just get right into the putter shots so what I'm looking for is pretty simple I'm looking for the timing to be right I know what that feels like first couple shots I'm sure going to be kind of awful but I'm looking to get the timing right that way I don't put a lot of pressure on the shoulder so I'm going to be very slow methodical not try to throw it very hard and who knows what this is going to be like I've been playing a couple rounds the last couple days throwing touch shots but that's a different grip and that's like very hand oriented to where the hand goes first no pressure on the shoulder so this is a big test for me all right felt great actually no no twangs no pain dead straight pretty good all right putter shots felt pretty dang good honestly still a little scared to like push and I'm feeling more pressure on the elbow than the shoulder which means the timing is not quite right actually surprised the they're coming out kind of crispy all right we're going to go into the Fairway shots for the only thing that hurts is my fingers really yeah cuz they haven't thrown in forever okay going into some fast discs here this is the big test everything felt good obviously off here and there but timing feels decent we're going to speed it up a little bit full disclosure doctor said there's nothing I...
