what is up everybody and welcome to another episode of down the fairway in today's episode of down the fairway i'm going to be giving you my three most important things you should never leave the house without that should be in your disc golf bag the number one thing that should be in your disc golf bag besides discs of course is water having enough liquids in your bag for the course is so important it keeps you hydrated keeps you focused now one of the things that i've learned in my career that i've used that will help me not forget to stay hydrated is after every single shot in tournament play i try to remember to take a drink of water it helps with your muscles it helps with staying loose all of those things there's really no disadvantage to staying hydrated on the course i suggest getting a hydro flask making it a routine before you leave the house make sure that you have enough water that's my number one thing that i don't leave the house for the number two thing that i do not leave the house with that i make sure that is always in my bag is one that i see a lot of people forget and that is just a towel make sure you have a towel in your bag at all times you never know when weather is going to appear or your disc is wet lose your putter in the water you have it you can't dry it off you're using your clothes to try and dry it off this seems simple but i've seen so many professional players come off the course with bad rounds and they say this exact thing i didn't have a towel silly mistake but it happens to all of us i know i've been out on the course storm rolls in and i don't have a towel and then all of a sudden i'm scrambling to stay under a tree and it's just gets me out of my routine and i end up shooting a bad round because of it keep a towel in your bag at all easier said than done but that's my number two most important things to have in your bag the number three thing that i think everybody should have in their bag and they usually do is...
