uh this week though we're talking through some all-star weekend details because as of the recording of this podcast on wednesday they just released what the all-star weekend is going to look like it's that bummer that's happening in 10 days 10 days from well nine days from when you're listening to this is when the all-star weekend is going down out in arizona so let's just run through it so day one it's a two-day event day one they call it the all-star doubles day uh it's gonna be two loops of the nine-hole course basically they took the memorial course and shortened it into a nine-hole course well elongated it into a nine-hole course but half the holes so you're gonna play two loops in the nine hole course the first loop is going to be best shot second loop is going to be worst shot one thing they didn't specify there is what type of worst shot we're playing is it the worst shot where once one person makes it the hole's over or is it worth shot where both players have to make the putt not a huge detail but the second loop is workshop and then we have pairings uh they broke down the pairing so basically they had everyone seated one through eight on mpo and on fpo one got paired up with eight two seven yada yada so that led us to paul being paired up with double g calvin and kevin jones ricky and nico eagle and chris dickerson and on the fpo side we have paige and heather young katrina allen and kona panus sarah hokum and jessica wiese and then hayley king and missy gannon um so they're gonna be the ones playing doubles against each other and then day two it's going to go into single stroke play but each player is going to start with the combined score from their team's doubles round and then they're going to play singles starting with that score for two loops of the nine hole course best scorer after that individually wins it all yeah right off the bat what do you think of the format here that's pretty bad uh it makes no sense so first of all first initial problem is the selection of the teams this is the second pro tour event consecutively where the higher seated player is...
