hey everyone zach here with foundation disc golf and today we are here at boulder woods one of the courses being used at am world championships we're joined by paul macbeth and what we're going to be doing today is playing some of the holes out here and asking some questions that everyone sent in through instagram and just get in the mind of paul macbeth right so this question is from zack summit he wants to know what your favorite meal is before a round favorite meal before a round well i like doing smoothies i'll be fruit sometime like in europe it's a lot of yogurt and harrison getting in the way um yogurt and like bananas and stuff like that but usually smoothie it's to be to be real i get nervous before tournaments so like everyone it's hard to keep food down all right so this one's from carson gates he says what is the thing you recommend most in order to become a professional uh being a good amateur first i think learning how to win is big uh because i don't know i think that's a hard thing is playing with the lead and developing that and then learning how to come back if you need some mindset yeah mindset i think yeah i don't think anyone should ever move up to the pros if they haven't won in some way or been successful because i feel like you just it's a harder learning curve if you go up to the top to do that even locally at pro level just stay am and and learn how to win it's good all right this question comes from ryan weaves he says what is your favorite moment of 2019 so far european open comeback i know that's the most recent one but favorite moment besides that is probably just the the um success that this craft has had you know just in kind of the whole sport itself how it's kind of revived this craft as a whole you know they've always made great discs but this is kind of just kind of i think it i think it showed that we have a true fan base for this not only myself but the sport in general right now that they want to see players succeed so yeah you can definitely see from even my...
