The Disc Golf Guy - Vlog #5 - Winter Disc Golf Tips and Disc Golf eBay Warnings

The Disc Golf Guy's latest vlog is packed with valuable tips and warnings for players looking to improve their winter disc golf experience. Filmed in New Berlin, Wisconsin, the video offers expert advice on how to navigate icy conditions and enjoy a more enjoyable round of golf. One key takeaway is the importance of acclimating your discs to the weather by leaving them outside for at least 10-15 minutes before playing. This simple trick can prevent discs from sticking to snow-covered surfaces, reducing frustration and mess. Additionally, the Disc Golf Guy shares his expertise on eBay transactions, particularly when it comes to purchasing rare or limited-edition discs like the Champion Katana. He cautions against buyers' beware of sellers offering pre-sales, highlighting the risks of receiving non-existent products and the importance of verifying seller authenticity.

I'm the disc golf guy and this is my video blog coming at you we got a couple tips for you we're out here playing some winter disc golf here in New Berlin Wisconsin and with that we've got a great idea for how your round could be a little bit more enjoyable one of the first things that you should think about when you're playing a winter round is getting your discs acclimated to the weather and by that I mean setting your discs outside your car or outside your house before you're about to go throw with them why well because if the disc is warmer than the snow that it lands in it's gonna stick to it and it's gonna look a lot like that you can see snow all over the place then your hands are gonna get wet the disc is gonna be wet your towel is gonna get wet that's just not gonna be very enjoyable so the best tip I can give you is put your discs outside at least ten to fifteen minutes before you're gonna go throw with them so you can avoid just this the other tip we have for you this week relates back to eBay we talked about eBay a lot and I've got a good one for you make sure that if you're purchasing something that you'd be very leery of anyone giving you a pre-sale and buy presale I mean they're selling something they don't physically have this happens a lot with all the latest and greatest products especially discs namely the Champion katana right now what people do is put up an option get a bunch of people to bid on it but they don't have it in stock they don't physically have it to send to you then they promise that they're gonna send it as soon as that comes in from the manufacturer well what if the manufacturer forgets to ship it what if the UPS gets lost or some other reputable shipping company next thing you know you're gonna be out of discs and you're gonna have a very unhappy and unpleasant eBay transaction so be very leery of anyone given you a pre-sale like I said us and a few other reputable dealers like to take actual photographs of the discs or the product that you're about to purchase that way...
