I'm the disc gol guy and this is my video blog today I'm joined by Brian Cummings PDGA number 1739 yes and your tournament director for the 2010 professional world champion ionships in Lemon Lake Indiana how you doing today I'm doing well I'm enjoying the great day we're here this is uh almost the Cal before the storm it's only about a day or two before actual singles competition kicks off how are how are you doing and where's your mind right now uh I feel great uh the weather's great and I've Just Seen A lot of people I haven't seen in a long time uh it's just like a family reunion to me so I'm enjoying it right now as we said PDGA 1739 when did you sign up for the PDGA roughly 1982 1982 so you're old school in a very good way you've been around you've run a lot of tournaments you've been involved with clubs and and all sorts of things you got a highlight uh one or two highlights maybe even before this week takes off anything that really jumps out at you about the whole frisbee disc Gulf Community or your experiences uh I would just have to say um the highlights in recent years to me have been running the homie tournaments because it's such that is another tournament that's like a family reunion and everybody yeah it's com competitive but it's also really fun and the spirit of it is really good and that's something that draws me to dis golf because I've always try to promote it on a professional level but I probably care more about the Grassroots and the AMS more than a lot of players do and everybody has a good time with it so and homie unfortunately we tragically lost him a handful of years back and as denoted on one of the signs and I knew him and played with him way back in the day he had actually aced hole three played the next 17 holes and then ace hole two to finish the round yes in the winter time in an ice bowl which is really incredible too cuz how bad the you know tea off conditions were and cold and everything so speaking of these courses uh like I said we're at Hall 18 of the white course you actually have...
