I'm the disc golf guy and this is my video blog we are here at the nassu Highlands Golf Club in Japan and I'm joined by Carrie Burger as many of you know Burl how you doing today Burl good man how you doing can you chiwa I guess it would be appropriate hi Burl's coming off a big win just a couple weeks ago uh the National Tour event the Master's cup the steady Ed Masters Cup out in Santa Cruz uh which is kind of your hometown right or is your home yeah tell uh everybody what that's like to be coming off such a um a memorable or a big event in your hometown um it's an amazing feeling it's um you know something that I've worked for for many years to accomplish uh winning that National Tour event in particular um it it instills me with a lot more confidence and just you know just the pride of being a to come here representing Santa Cruz and just having that momentum behind me and um just you know knowing what I'm capable of doing as a professional disc golfer I was just going to say it's got to be a big confidence booster you're leaving the US off of such a an emotional high and then coming and playing one of the greatest events on the planet here at the Japan open this isn't your first time here it's not even your second time is it your third time at the Japan open this is my fourth time here fourth time at the Japan open what tell everyone I know why I'm back but tell everyone at home while you're back and why you keep coming back this is an experience that cannot be beat you cannot find this anywhere else in in the world um just the the camaraderie the food um the the amazing course well courses this year um just the whole experience of um just the Japanese culture and um just how they just really treat you as a professional athlete and you're um you know treated with such high regard and uh respected and um you know you're expected to do the same for them and I love traveling I love all my experiences that I've had overseas and I I never ever want to miss this event even if I...
