I'm the disc golf guy and this is my video blog brought to you by Legacy disc play with confidence I am joined by our women's leader here at the Maple Hill open Paige Pierce page uh they're going to watch Holes 16 or 17 and 18 at least uh tell us a little bit about what that round was like for you um it was up and down kind of um yesterday I was really off on my putting and really good on the drives today was completely opposite um I was hitting everything I think I hit four jump putts and uh inside the circle little sketchy but um I made all the gaps and I gave myself opportunity for the dump Cuts so um I think that was the key today with the wet disc just like getting it in the Fairway yeah we watched as the men battled through their entire round in our leader card that went off on the Smashbox broadcast they didn't play exactly awesome and then watching all the women struggling which just trying to keep your disc dry it I would it be fair to say it wasn't a lot of fun I actually like playing in the rain as long as I have a caddy um you know one thing that sucks about the rain is you're drying your disc and the towels already damp so then your whole hand gets wet but you know um with with a caddy like you can use the umbrella and dry it otherwise the rain's just dripping down on the disc so um you kind of just have to know you're going to get wet you're going to throw errant shots and just you know obviously you're not going to shoot as good as you did the day before so as long as you can take it in stride I think it's it works out it seems like you were doing a very diligent job out there which is exactly what you needed to do uh we're halfway through you have a one-stroke lead any game plan it sounds like we're going to have better weather for the next two days um I I hope I can get off the tea as good as as I did today and you know if I hit half as many putts I'll be happy all right...
