I'm the disc golf guy and this is my video blog I'm joined by our champion Katrina Allen that is champion of the 2012 vium open Katrina tell us everything thing that the Vim open has meant to you this weekend um it started off a lot rougher than I wanted to actually um I had had two great practice rounds and had a game plan and just couldn't either start the way I wanted or finish the way I wanted so um to finish with two great rounds really meant a lot that's awesome and we are here now the vi room open is it's obviously all about disc golf there's four rounds of disc golf 72 holes you guys went all the way down to the final hole in order to determine if it was going to be you or Valerie Jenkins or Sarah hokom to be the champion but besides the disc golf there's plenty of extra action we are here at Bayberry Lanes to do our candle pin bowling have you ever candle pin bowled before um last year here I did um so actually when everything was over us you know you could kind of hear everyone talking about oh bowling bowling are you going to bowl we're going to B you going to B so it's it's exciting I was excited to come back and do it well I can't say enough this is my third time at the vi open I've yet to throw a disc competitively however being able to watch you and the rest of the women Sarah Hokum Valerie Jenkins Paige Pierce all of the top women competitors in the world and on top of that we had some pretty hot action in the men's division Ricky Yaki who has won the previous three weekends went all the way down to the final hole with kale Lisa uh walk us a a little bit through how your final hole played out on whole 18 when you were competing against the women um with us Valerie being such a clutch player I knew that I had to throw a great drive to make sure that I had uh position to three it okay um just because I knew that I mean she's just so great off the te and then her upshots are even better so I told myself you know...
