foreign hey this is Ellen with boom with in the bag I am sponsored by Innova Champion discs and Sun King discs out of Hudson which is I guess now New Port Richey Florida and I'm here to show you what I carry around with me on a day-to-day basis per tournaments and even practice rounds my bag doesn't change a whole lot might get a little smaller but as you can see I have the Innova old school bag I'm not really sure the exact name of it but shout out to my sister Sarah woodboom for finding this in her van and letting me use it for this year on tour I really love it to throw back to my first bag that I had when I first started with Innova way back in the day like nine ten years ago so I'm going to go through a couple of pockets show you some snacks and what I have for Minis and whatnot and then I'll go to my discs yeah so one of the side pockets I'm gonna have the Bushnell Rangefinder which comes in handy on the long ball golf courses but thanks to Bushnell for providing this to me I really appreciate their support I got a couple of things a ChapStick in here because you can never keep enough of it in there I got a Lacroix as some people might call it and those are my go-to drink to kind of break up the monotony of just plain old water speaking of water I know if anybody knows me they know that I have my Giant water jug so this may not be in my bag but it is with my bag at all times so stay hydrated folks uh come over here to these other Pockets I got a whale sack again thanks to Sarah for uh loaning this to me thanks to Tina for making some of the best product out there I got my phone another Minion here my Oakleys definitely got to keep the sunnies on you for when it gets bright now we got the snacks if anybody knows me I'm all about the snacks you got to keep the energy up so Uncrustables are the way to go may not be the healthiest selection for bread but Frozen throw them in your bag by the middle of...
