hello everyone and welcome to the 2021 rocky mountain women's disc golf championships presented by disc mania we're here for round number one the back nine at purple park and we're getting things started on a friday afternoon a gorgeous one at that we've seen the front nine holes and well i think the wind has been the number one story here in the front but we'll see if we can pick things up on the back of course i am joined again by erica weir and erica nice little walk over here to hole number 10 in fact sabrina's already teed off she was she was ready to get going right away or well or i'll blame myself maybe i was behind on the camera but we're seeing jenny umstead throw her tee shot and here's sammy who sits at plus two heading into the back yeah sami is out there repping her top shelf disc golf shirt that is one of her sponsors and she is throwing a great backhand to set herself up nicely there in the fairway oh there's sabrina we didn't miss her i i missed somebody somewhere i i all that's all i remember at one point maybe that's in round three so there's a spoiler for you guys but yes there is sabrina going up that right side and oh no it does a rail slide and doesn't come back in yeah that's painful it is it's really tough and and this this hole is relatively straightforward i mean it's obviously a tunnel shot you can see everybody is trying to stick right to the middle uh we do have that water off to the left hand side um i'm opting for a forehand just because i'm hoping it'll come back towards the basket and keep that sidewalk out of out of harm's way for me um and like you said terry sabrina had a great drive but unfortunately that's where it crossed even though it landed past the basket so she's trying to just put an upshot close to the pin from where she was she will be next to the basket looking at a bogey four and i'll albeit short jenny is in a really good spot because i feel like you can be aggressive from here if you want to be you don't have to worry about the ob nearly...
