hello everyone and welcome to the 2021 memorial championship presented by discraft action moves over to the shelley sharp disc golf course located at vista del camino and joining me again in the booth we've got pete ulabari and pete halfway through the tournament man and now we head to a longer course and here's hole one yeah uh we got mando's here you're just gonna throw straight up the gut um most of the guys if they got a forehand are going to play it into the right side of this hill and kind of let it feed down into the hole if you got a backhand just distance and angle control and we got to talk a little bit about nerves because although there's not really gallery this is lead card this is halfway through the tournament someone like a b is maybe throwing this shot hundreds of times but there's still a little bit of pressure on them there's a lot of pressure they now have a ribbon across the top to make it a triple mando and abs taller than that so he that that's got to nerve him just a little bit but yes these guys they they want to perform what a fortunate miss yeah i was just going to say he does not miss the man if you go to the left of that that pillar so to speak that would have been a missed bando and a penalty but uh he still hasn't missed it so we'll see if he can make a recovery shot maybe even get the fire yet here's ezra's shot right down the middle slightly down the middle he catches that first tree that's not at least it's nerves yeah i mean this is not entirely a difficult shot 285 relatively straight this shot standalone is not that tough but you're trying to kick off the the round and you're thinking hey this is a birdiable hole let's get off to a good start probably shot jumps where's it going oh what a lucky kick there now it could slide potentially right through that fence and be considered out of bounds correct exactly the the the way it came into that it could go right through the tickets so klein uh and then he gets a little bit of that kick to the right he doesn't even really...
