hello everyone and welcome to the 2021 maricopa open presented by infinite diss we're here for the back nine of the first round over at copper sky disc golf course tara miller alongside pin deep disc golf's very own mic jewel and mike hole number 10 of the back nine it's like we got mountains right here on the left side of us absolutely we're looking at 320 feet we've got a late double mandatory that we're flying through right now and then the baskets tucked away on the right hand side so you're probably looking at a lot of forehand throws here but it's scary just so you know it is scary well what's not scary is adam's start here six under through the front nine off to a great start and he's such a proficient forehand thrower that i'm really shocked to see i think he's got a a buzz in his hands instead and he's going with a backhand yeah that kind of blows my mind but what the heck oh yes just throw a nearly perfect backhand buzz yeah you could do that yep that's uh that's an option i guess i guess oh no oh wow lucky lucky hit with that that hillside there yeah it definitely saved him from missing the mando you said there's a double mando uh that you see straight ahead yeah and it's late too so that's what makes it so tricky a double mandatory early is fine but when you have to do it at the you know 290 mark it's kinda that's when it gets a little sketchy and what a smart and safe play there by katrina she really just laying up short um really pretty much playing this hole for a three absolutely yeah i thought about doing that um i didn't maybe you went a little long there huh yeah just a little bit uh the forehand will work though we're gonna see a forehand here of course by cat nice and smooth beauty yeah really uh textbook jen head throwing a t-bird off the tee from the drop zone here gonna hit that hillside and get right up under the basket so now ab has some work to do after he went a little bit deep we've seen him miss the last two putts from long range but this one was a little bit...
