hello everyone and welcome to the 2021 huck central presented by southern wesleyan university we're on the freightline course the front nine of round number one a little bonus coverage coming at you terry miller the disc golf guy bringing you some single camera action we had two cameras over on the macbeth card first round got another camera out there and ready to go hole number two 360 feet a little bit of a bonus birdie if you can stay clean get all the way across the path and have a look at birdie like i said definitely a bonus out here as many of you already know chris dickerson your 2020 united states disc golf champion and keeps it low however he's in good position to get up and down from there david dial a little research on david pdga seven seven seven seven one 995 rating out of johnson city tennessee that's matt splain out of weaverville north carolina matt's got 14 pro wins 13 of those being pdjc tiers and a single b tier and last to t ross marshall 974 rating out of candler north carolina and that's a pretty nice forehand great recovery shot there by matt david also with a really nice recovery shot relatively calm beautiful morning out here in central south carolina just after 10 a.m i believe we were getting started on the first day this is a pdga a tier event with 72 holes being played between two days over four rounds all taking place on saturday and sunday on two different course configurations that is a solid pot to get things started matt saving the par solid pot for david as well again not too many birdies taking place on here on hole number two let's see if i can give you some specific details there and ross doesn't convert hole number two coming in as the fourth most difficult hole on the course .17 above par so certainly a difficult hole to get things started so you if you walked away at the par you did something right again southern wesleyan university are presenting sponsors we look at hole three it bends from left to right 270 feet downhill kind of slopes back up slightly at the end it seems like the righty backhand turnover is the preferred shot it's just all about shaping it and coming...
