hello everyone and welcome to the round two coverage of the 2021 battle for bedford out here at the beautiful new london tech i'm the tournament director hunter thomas joined by my assistant td trevor staub and if you haven't checked out round one yet be sure to check that out because after round one we have paul macbeth luke sampson justin rozak and gavin babcock on the lead card as we head into round two the front nine out here is definitely the the tougher of the two nines you can see the scores here coming into the round we got paulson at six under luke justin at two under and gavin babcock at one under after one round paul has a little bit of a lead um and he'll definitely be looking to extend that on the the tougher front nine here yeah it'll be interesting to see how this new group of players in round two can hang with paul it looks to have been a little bit high caught in the trees but i think it actually helped the disc heiser out and though he's a little short that's still a great shot though yeah hole one's a 393 foot par 3. most players will be choosing to go with like a putter or a mid of sorts mainly for the control that it gives them over the flight but it's definitely a little bit of a pump it's downhill there is ob all on the right side you have to worry about if your disc basically goes in the right woods it's ob so the mistake is definitely getting to the left if you're going to make a mistake here yeah i think luke's electing for a mid-range here that's that's kind of the typical play the putter is quite a rip but obviously paul throws that luna pretty far you'll see most players kind of take aim at the right side of that hallway on heiser and just let the disc do the rest of the work one comes out on a lower line nice anti-skip yeah some great ground action though wow that's like three feet yeah there you go just let the let the ground work for you yeah that's definitely how you want to start your round off whole one's one where like it's a can't you can birdie but it's...
