hello everyone welcome into the back nine coverage of round one of the 2021 battle for bedford out here at new london tech i'm hunter joined by trevor uh terry asked us to go ahead and do the commentary for this he's been working so hard getting all this extra coverage out for you guys and he's uh when we're recording this he's currently out at waco doing some live commentary and so we figured why not help him out i was the td for the event trevor's my assistant td and if you've missed the front nine be sure to go check that out we're heading into what i am going to call the scoring nine the back nine out here definitely plays a little bit better starting off with a 444 foot par three yeah right up right off the bat here a very easy attackable hole that you want to get the birdies the only uh mistake is kind of what paul just did there is kind of leaving it short because it's a little bit deceptive how much you need to push forward before fading you do have to get back there a bit and there can also be a bit of wind on this hole yeah there is a little ob right long and left but none of it is super tight so you you have to mess up pretty bad to get to it that's perfect very well yeah better to swing it um extra wide here and not mess around with the woods on the left is that going forehand i was curious what he was going to do here because it's not a it's not a great lefty backhand hole but i mean it's a smash of a forehand we'll see if he has it getting some flex on it oh i like that needs to come out though you know the distance oh boy check up i'm guessing that's going to be just outside the circle didn't quite get it to swing around not bad though cody looking to get things going on the back nine struggled a little bit on the front nine a few rough holes for him but this shot looks pretty good yeah got a nice flip up on that that was real yeah that's how you want to start your back nine right there oh man...
