Hannah McBeth shares her golf tip on footwork and driving technique at The Open at Tallahassee in 2019. In this instructional video, she breaks down her approach to improving her game by shortening her stride and slowing down her follow-through. By doing so, she can better control the angle of her throw and generate more power with each shot. McBeth's approach is centered around her personal experience and experimentation with different techniques, including working with Paul. The video showcases her improved results when using this new method, demonstrating a 25-35 foot increase in distance.

hi welcome to the Tallahasse open I'm Hannah McBeth and today is going to be okay and this is my dis golf tip for you guys so something that I've been working on is my footwork and that's no surprise cuz I've been posting about it on my social media a lot but one of the things that I'm doing in particular is over striding when I do my follow through so normally I'll do my xstep and plant all the way out here pull through and then I'm my weight's back so my disc is always going up into the air or highering out too early or I'm not getting as much power and the reason is because my follow through isn't my stride is too long that's the reason so if I shorten my last stride and slow down just a little bit now I can turn my hips my arm pulls through and my weight is forward the distance is coming out at the angle obviously this isn't going to fix all of your problems but it's fixed a lot of mine and so just watch that last plan I know exactly like specifically when we get really excited we're like okay I'm going to throw it so hard and for me like I'll stride and then I'm all the way out here and it looks really cool if Alyssa is taking her picture and then you go and the disc goes like less than 300 ft and if I had gone slower and taken my time and seemingly thrown softer or just more in control the disc might might have gone like 325 350 so how was that did I nail it so yeah that's what me and Paul have been working on sorry my hair is not in a hair tie I gave it to Madison bye
