I'm the disc golf guy joining me in studio for shot-by-shot commentary is a lane king a lane we're here for the final round of the Hall of Fame classic the last national tour of 2017 lead card how are things going Oh things are great when you're on the lead card all the time although as you see with my first shot I didn't quite turn it over enough and landed in a bit of a tough spot for my first throw of the day well you guys have an upward battle as you're gonna be trying to chase down Katrina Allen she's built herself a sizable lead at this point and you saw she hit a tree in the center of the fairway melody Weibull yeah that's the perfect shot yeah a great shot by melody and Paige Pierce of course the best women's player in the game right now and will her distance on a course like Jackson will that help her out well as you can see Paige took the right fairway instead of the left fairway to do that you really need to be able to throw 350 straight before it's starting in and Paige does have the distance to make that shot and to put her in a terrific spot for her second throw and with you not quite making the bend you almost have to waste a shot so to speak just to get back out to the fairway that was melody and good position here but the tree layout is a little bit tricky you have to pick your gap and you have to hit it and not quite the aim that she was looking for Melody's third shots here from the left side she's not you typically don't associate with her her with forehand shots and it looks like that one was a little bit low and you're out on this right side and finding another of theirs well they're scattered but they seem to jump out and get yeah they are and I mean that that shot for me was I was just trying to use my farthest flying driver to get to the pin and Paige just put hers right by the basket there that's what I would consider a textbook opening here for Paige great Drive solid approach and now melodies in a great position she's exhausted an...
