This Is PEAK Disc Golf
Join Jefferson and Swiss Cheese as they dive into their thoughts on the MVP Open at Maple Hill. The duo discusses how they feel left out of this event, often viewing it as a spectator sport rather than an immersive experience for players like themselves. They reveal that while they appreciate Steve Dodge's innovative approach to disc golf, which includes changing rules and embracing individuality, they prefer more laid-back atmospheres like whole eight at Maple Hill. The conversation also touches on their past experiences at the event, including a memorable year where they were both in attendance and competed intensely. With Jefferson's self-proclaimed love of "spitfire" discussions and Swiss Cheese's admiration for Steve Dodge's fearlessness, this video is an unscripted and entertaining look into their perspectives on disc golf's future direction.
Watch top disc golf pros battle for the title in an electrifying tournament filled with dazzling drives, clutch putts, and heart-stopping finishes.

Welcome back to the spit out. I'm Jefferson. Alongside me as always, the one with all the holes in his game, Swiss cheese. And we're the Disc World talking about the MVP Open. But if you want a real breakdown, you probably should just watch yesterday's video because we actually talk about [ __ ] I don't know what we're going to talk about right now. >> No, we're just going to spitfire. That's what we do here. We didn't prep or anything. This is going to be fun. This is just going to be rant style. I love it. >> MVP Open Maple Hill is probably the event I feel like the most left out. I feel the FOMO of not being there. >> Do you think it's partly because we've always viewed that spot as like a spectating like you know what I mean? Because we are watching more than we are like the job or the work. >> I am definitely the person if I'm just there to consume I guess. Yeah. As a break when we've been there. It's just I want to sit in whole eight and just drink and have fun and I'm not the type of guy in the morning. I'm not picking a a card and following. If I want to enjoy it, I'm just sitting there one hole. Maybe I do a little bounce around couple holes and I just see the most amount of people. I'm now walking following. So I like that about Maple Hill. And then we've just Yeah, we >> I feel like I missed him more last year just cuz you were there and I wasn't >> Nate. But that that one year that we are both there, man, we we hit that guy hard. Like we were we were in it to win it. Yeah, >> I I really like Maple Hill and what Steve Dodge does because he does what I feel like resembles the most what I want the future of disc golf to be. He's not afraid to change things. He's not afraid to be a little wacky and I like that. I think that he stretches the boundaries of disc golf and he's kind of okay because Steve Dodge not afraid to wear plaid either. >> He's definitely never afraid that dude's not afraid to wear anything >> or or I...
