we've hit the halfway mark at the 2022 PGA United States amateur disc golf championships this PDGA major brought to you in part by our friends at Discraft special thanks to gatekeeper media for providing this back nine coverage of round number two of this three round major Grant zelner and Nathan Queen on the mic and Nathan we're starting to see a little bit of Separation amongst our lead card today we are indeed Lucas carmichel with a pretty good front a double bogey but an eagle to cancel it out along with four birdies so he's looking to keep those birdies going Ryan staying pretty steady and going to try to turn it on here as you see the rest of the leaderboard we have some Chase card and players further back making some moves a six down and a five down on the round through the front nine we're at the 10th of 57 ft uphill Par Four to start off our back nine yeah easiest hole on the course by far uh get to the top of that Hill which isn't all that difficult to do from this T box especially with the wind down and this one although he's not necessarily right in the middle of the Fairway he is well in position to still reach the basket for birdie Colton Patterson looking good not only the outfit but putting in some putts from distance so far today yeah and again not in the Fairway per se but still in position to try to get that birdie su he in krna Huntsville Alabama and that's fine yeah follows him over to a similar spot and Lucas carmichel Your Leader wanted that to turn just a little bit more uh but sneaks through that first tree um may be dealing with a little Branch trouble there but close enough you know 103 people got this whole yesterday 116 out of 148 got it today um so as you see there bad t- shot I I I would still call that a bad up shot it hit stuff but he's but he's sitting there 12 feet away for the birdie so got to get this one we see how volatile things have been today all of these players started the round within two strokes of each other and you see the scores there a 10 throw spread...
