hello folks and welcome back to the 2024 PDGA professional Masters Disc Golf World Championship we are here in Emporia Kansas for a PDGA major we'd like to thank Dynamic disc and gatekeeper media for this coverage here my name's Nick Hansen alongside me it's Dan Brooks Wells Dan what are you seeing out there today Nick we are seeing some extremely windy conditions it's making it really tough on the putting green um but it's it's you know the sun is shining so we're out here dis golfing it's a good day yeah we've got a little bit of everything we got emac on our card and Jeff both on par at 4 and three but Joe and Dave at even shout out MAA I believe uh with the current nine par that is screaming on a daylight today with this wind yeah absolutely unbelievable see if we can keep these guys rolling here we're at hole 10 this is a par three 368 ft this is a pretty steep uphill hole as you can see there's this OB patch kind of in front of them see where those those white flags are and there's Obie on the left and the right side so just got to be careful with that um and you really got to get this disc high enough to get it into the green as as you can see mcab just comes up a bit short there here's feldberg he does get the height but he leaves it too high and the hill also drops a little left a little right to left and he does get the skip OB wow pretty surprising to see that but with the wind you know on the wrong angle it can happen as you see Joe getting his turned over too much and getting slammed down that right to left is just crushing these discs it's got to be on the perfect angle cuz this sidearm from Jeff looks really good yeah and if you have it on the forand you know if you have the forehand on that right to left type of win that's the shot you want these guys are left with some tough bids for their birdie looks here's Dave to save his par oh okay it a little bit staying close going to be able to clean up for bogey as we see...
