hello everyone and welcome to the 2024 PDGA Junior Disc Golf World Championships from Tulsa Oklahoma This is indeed a PDGA major 5 and a half rounds here to Crown a champion in the Juniors division we will be covering the fj8 division as Home Productions along with the PDGA bringing you this presentation you got Felix Vega in the booth and I'm joined by multi-time major winner herself Jennifer Allen hello everybody I am excited to be back here in Oklahoma we have a great group starting out it was hot out there today so I think if these girls can maintain staying cool there's going to be some great golf yeah some of the key names to look at here a lot of talent really kind of pushing to the Forefront here these ladies are on the verge of taking that next step into professionalism and here we go we're going to start things off at the Twin Bridges course Ho One 350 ft part three yeah just going to try to keep it through the Fairway get all the way down there with a open look at the basket this is I think a newer course here in Tulsa it's not one of the ogs that we've had for so many years but beautiful sloping green there that might bring on some trouble some International flavor to start here as we've got a couple of international players outside of the US one of Canada and one from Europe here I believe she's from Norway Norway yes and it's fun with the growing sport Karina had reached out to make sure that I said hi to the couple of nor regions oh okay so super fun 19 different countries represented here at Junior worlds as a record that's amazing it's incredible to see the growth the sport of the last couple years even in these younger divisions yeah I would have to assume this is the the largest field for probably every one of these groups so letting go just a hair early first hole Jitters I'm sure for some of these girls being their first major um some some it's not some they've played for several years we've seen and gotten used to some of these names like this one right here Virginia poking horn yeah Virginia multiple time major winner in these divisions and you see...
