hello everyone once again welcome back to the PDGA Masters Disc Golf World Championships presented by MVP disc Sports this PDGA major taking place over five and a half rounds and we're here for the first round of it Ace Productions proudly bringing you this coverage I am Felix with aam Productions joined by The Duchess of disc golf herself Miss Holly Finley thanks for having me we are here in Flagstaff Arizona playing the fort Tut Hill course it's my first time in Flag Staff and I heard that they actually had worlds here 20 years ago so what a treat to be back and after the front nine own Scoggin is currently four under par Katka bodova two under par and the other ladies also sitting under par yeah steady play on the front nine and the back nine here starts off with this beauty of par 3 265 ft straight shot left to right options available as well as you saw with the front half a lot of different ways to attack some of these holes this is a fun one that you definitely want to get as it's playing nearly a half a stroke under par to start your back nine own Scoggin up first opting for the sidearm off the te and she has a a 8ot putt for birdie that's the way you want to start your back half after beating up a stick by the basket kodka gets a bit of a skip but looks to have a 40 foot putt for birdie and Kyra teu joining us all the way from Estonia going the wide right side higher route swinging around and getting a backd door look for the birdie look like a Kristen Tatar disc there Kristen an inspiration to us all M Sandy makes it into Birdy Land first to act here looking to claim the first birdie of the back nine from 50 ft front of the cage and Sandy is accurate a floating one you can see the Tailwind there as that flag pushing away from her just kind of dropped it a bit went a little low and right out of the hand for Kyra she's got this comebacker wow that was a strong putt slams it in for par I saw her warming up before the round and it was just consistent spin putt centers it...
