foreign welcome back to the third round back nine of the 2023 PDGA amateur Disc Golf World Championships I'm Pavo stubstad of Central Coast disc golf joined by Jake Peters also from Central Coast disc golf once again very happy to be here Pavo and we'll take a look at some cool slo-mo Clips here from Keenan Dalton including that tiny little frog or toad we saw there actually I think it was a toad as we follow the rest of our first round that actually has a lead card here this year due to all these crazy circumstances I went into more detail in round two and in the front nine of this round I won't bore you with repeating any of it here but for this Round We are following Owen Hamilton will Paris Carson Smith Axel Olson and Chuck Hoffman on the front nine we saw some struggles with some spit outs but also some great shots the back nine here we're gonna have a few more water carries and uh a few more wood shots a few more open holes to finish this course really has great variety out here at wildlife here we see our scores on the front nine Owen Hamilton shooting a solid four down with a single bogey will pair is struggling but he was really dealing with more spit outs than anyone else so I do feel for him there Carson Smith at one down Axel Olson with a bogey free five down front nine that's how you want to start it moving on to the first hole the back nine here a 284 foot Par 3 flat off the tee steep uphill at the end and yet another hole out here where if you hit basket on your putt you could very well roll back to the bottom of the hill grip lock for axle there punches through knowing Axel and how smart he plays he'll probably just lay that up and accept the par knowing that a birdie run is very risky with this green oh wow release wow insane kick that was some tree love that was going into the thick wrap on the left and the tree was like here you go you can have a birdie putt anyway might be able to run that putt too yep oh and just hitting the last one oh no...
