welcome back to the 2022 pdga united states women's disc golf championships from madison wisconsin it's back nine coverage of round number two here at token creek grant zellner alongside sai ananda i'm excited to see what we uh what we have in store for the back nine here yeah this third card here on day number two making some noise looking to play their way up that leaderboard onto the chase card or even the lead card as we head into the weekend getting a quick look at where things stand here on the third card through nine holes valerie mandujano opening up the slimmest of leads over the rest of her cardmates everybody neck and neck and everybody really spurring each other on yeah this course is playing very very well for the ladies out here hole number 10 450 feet this par-4 starts out in the open one of the more wind exposed areas of the course before diving off into this little grove of trees the initial trees as you enter this grove about four 345 feet from the tee the basket there the full 450 feet from the t valerie mandojano with the honors here as we begin the second half of round number two this is i think one of my favorite holes on the course for some reason i just i love the way the drive plays and the challenge of the approach shot but how easy i think it would be to you know birdie or or even eagle i hope valerie a little off to the left they're not sure what she'll have for a second shot d and carry up next getting away from her a little bit there but we'll see what she does from there sort of over correcting off of what she saw valerie do and now alexis mondajano looking to get a little more pop-up than that it's a little bit pinched off to the left but we'll see what she has finally hannah a bloomers to show off the power just a little bit here oh yeah hopefully making it oh boy that was close to being really good the fairway sort of opens up again there and had she cleared that last little tree might have gotten around that yeah that's a that is a sticky corner in there dm first to play from...
