i'm nate heinold i'm the tournament director for this year's pdj masters and juniors disc golf world championships i first started as a td to promote the insurance business that i have worked for for my entire career ledgestone insurance and then it became a passion it is a little crazy with this event and ledge stone and d glow in a short period of time my wife asks me that every night why why did you do this but i love disc golf and i love the pdga and we think that we do a great job and we have a great staff to be able to pull this kind of stuff off 1100 to some people may sound like a lot but to our staff we can handle it we have a lot of passionate volunteers that have helped build so many of our courses we have a lot of championship courses we have nine hole courses we have almost 30 courses here now we're not a large area but we have some of the hardest courses in the world here northwood black eureka temp our course quality and the amount of work we have in them can stack up against anybody the goal is to bring the hall of famers with the the up and comers they're both competing and they can come back and talk about all the misputs they had we always love good weather it looks like we're gonna have low 80s and that's exciting but obviously i want the players to first and foremost have fun and enjoy the courses we want to make it about the competition we have those fun social activities but we want players to remember peoria and central illinois and say wow the courses like we want to go back and play there casually
