2022 PDGA Amateur Worlds | R4B9 | MA1 Lead | Krans, Helms, Groh, Bates

Join back nine coverage of round four at the 2022 PDGA Amateur Disc Golf World Championships from Mesker Park. The action heats up as Grant Zellner and Ilkin Grow battle for the lead, six strokes apart after a dynamic front nine. The two players are no strangers to competition, having faced off in a seven-hole playoff just weeks prior at the United States Amateur Disc Golf Championships. The back nine begins with hole number 10, an uphill par-3 through a low-lying creek area. Austin Bates and Paul Crans start strong, but Matthews Helms pulls ahead with a well-placed putt on this short par-three. With Grip lock and chalk essential for navigating the challenging conditions, players will need precision to succeed in this straightforward yet demanding hole.
