welcome to the 2022 pdga amateur world championships we're here on day one at the princeton country club in the evansville indiana area it's grant zellner from the pdga alongside pavo stubstead of central coast dist golf it is hot it is a little breezy and it is a lot of fun watching the top amateur players in the world tackle this challenging course definitely grant i'm excited to watch some good disc golf today that's elliot bautell that's ilkin grow we'll introduce the rest of our card in just a moment i'm elliot boutell i'm from terre haute indiana and my pdga number is one two five three nine seven i'm feeling great it's my second major i played in the junior world's last year's first time playing amworld so yeah i'm pumped to be on the future card you can feel the adrenaline from all the competitors it's just there's like no one's laid back everyone's just pumped up ready to go i'm just trying to pick my birdies play for par when i can and uh just keep it safe my dad's out here with me he's supported me a lot over the past couple years driving me to tournaments all over the states my sponsors west side discs and sky breed discs i'm super happy for all the support they've given me my name is ilkan grow and my pdga number is 145-831 i mean it's crazy i still have not fully processed everything that went on last week it feels like it was last night honestly struggling to just like stay focused and just play my game but surprisingly i'm not very nervous right now i'm out here to have fun meet some new people play disc golf and just but i mean maybe maybe win you never know just my dad again my family my dad drove me out here again adam dylan and everybody who's come up to me talked to me about the step putt supported me all those people mean so much to me i'm brian wilson pga number four three four eight seven grateful uh super excited i don't live here anymore but aim worlds is happening in my hometown started playing frisbee sports when i was 15 30 now so things kind of feel like they're full circle today i'm just going to try to play things safe control...
