foreign welcome to the 2022 PDGA Junior Disc Golf World Championships from Peoria Illinois I'm Grant Zellner with long-awaited coverage of the FJ 15 division this coverage brought to you by double G craft jerky we're at Bradley Park just on the northwest side of Peoria we've got the fj15 division meaning the players that we will be seeing this week roughly between the ages of 12 and 15. Cadence Burge Chloe Lynn orona Virginia polkinghorn and Ava Meyer on our featured card for round number one starting things off at hole number one a 274 foot dog leg up and to the left there is an OB on the right side of this Fairway basket positioned on something of a plateau here part way up the hillside and Cadence Burge the reigning amateur world champion from just a few weeks ago leading things off he's 15 years old out of Huntsville Alabama placed second at Junior worlds in 2021 Chloe Lynn or Rona out of Roswell New Mexico 13 years old has played in 17 sanctioned events and has won 10 of them Virginia poking horn O'Fallon Missouri 13 years old second just a few weeks ago in the fa-1 division at the United States women's disc golf championships she's also a multi-time junior World Champ and Ava Meyer 13. out of Belton Missouri she's a world champion from last year in the fj12 division getting out of a little trouble here and just a little work to do to save this bogey here on the opening hole Chloe Lynn up and into the circle Cadence Burge for birdie and Virginia draws metal and will save the par Ava that's a big bogey save here Chloe Lynn just a little off so she'll save a bogey as well Cadence in for the par and everybody else cleans up we move on to Hole number two a 192 foot part three bending down and to the right players will have to control their speed into this green as it slopes ever further away from the player's angle Cadence Burge looking at a standstill ing backhand gets that disc to settle now Virginia a little higher angle of approach here and Chloe Lynn for sidearm of the day wraps right around those Guardian trees finally Ava Meyer Chloe Linda putt first dangerous putt and you can see why as that disc...
