it's back nine coverage of round two at the 2021s south florida open presented by tri-fly disc golf brought to you by the pdga and coverage by gatekeeper media grant zellner from the pdga along with jennifer allen on the mic for you this afternoon as we cover the back half of this afternoon round at the plantation heritage disc golf course greg barsby taking a one-stroke lead into the back nine over thomas gilbert silas schultz and kevin kiefer within striking distance jared stoll also playing his way into the conversation from one of the chase cards of note during this back nine gen of course greg barsby entered the front line with a commanding lead and most of that lead has evaporated as we move directly into hole number 10 383 feet a par 4 with a sharply uphill and to the right finish i really love the course design on both these courses we've seen so far they bring in a lot of challenges even if the trees aren't there some of the more open ones have been still very difficult for them yeah they use they use the obstacles they have at their disposal very very well yes looks like a good layout and it looks like a great time to throw a forehand up all the way up that hill comes out a little low to get up there but safe in the middle i think this whole probably a little bit of a of a bonus birdie for our players yeah these guys can reach this though so they i'm sure they they want every one of them i mean on paper this certainly you know looks gettable but just the way it lays out feels a little bit more difficult than just a typical fairly open 383 foot par 3. greg with the first roller of the tournament at least of our coverage i think i think so as well sneaks around the corner there hopefully he has a putt at it so he can get going on this back nine it's definitely one of those holes if you can get the birdie you're probably going to pick up a stroke though thomas in really full upshot mode there and still manages to not quite execute from at least 60 boom right in the heart of it that was a great putt gets...
