back with back nine coverage of round one the 2021 south florida open presented by tri-fly disc golf played in the beautiful fort lauderdale area of florida thanks to gatekeeper media for the incredible footage of this round jennifer allen alongside grant zellner that's me from the pdga as we look in on our foursome greg barsby taking a one-stroke lead into the back nine over thomas gilbert silas schultz sitting two strokes back and brandon boswick makes up our foursome the front nine was such a cool looking course i'm excited to see the back nine it's such a tighter course than i expected yeah and hole number ten a tight start to the back nine even by the jet stream's standards 300 feet a par three hard to the left so a shorter distance but these guys are probably gonna i would assume throw a sharper edge disc to try to get it to skip over there to the left greg executed that i'm sure exactly how he wanted to missy speaking it by missing the corner by inches brandon bostwick if you're just now joining us throws with either hand going with the righty backhand here i think the only shot we haven't seen him throw is a forehand right-handed shot i think i think you're right everything else i believe he's covered for us i think you're right silas schultz sitting in third place he hits the tree that greg narrowly missed at least it kicked him there into the middle maybe he can get it up there and save the park most of the ground play here in this part of florida at least here at the jet stream disc golf course at schneider park a lot of it sort of minimal because of how thick the grass is but you get back into these really thick areas in the trees and you don't have that ground cover and all of a sudden our players having to deal with some skips and some rolls and some roots and all kinds of things yeah and on these shorter holes they're not you know capitalizing on birdies like you would think when you step up and you see a distance of you know 255 feet 300 feet and these are the holes that they're missing that's a theme that carried over from the front line yeah this...
