2019 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships: Round 2 FPO Recap
Watch the action-packed coverage of Round 2 at the FPO division of the 2019 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships. Katrina Allen takes on Evelina Salonen in a thrilling chase, but it's Katrina who comes out on top, making up six strokes with her impressive birdies throughout the round. As the competition heats up, the players face challenging holes like Sunset Hills' tricky par-4 opening hole and the blind island hole at 13. Meanwhile, Katrina struggles to find her footing in the middle of the round, missing putts on three consecutive holes. However, she bounces back with a hot streak late in the round. The turning point comes when Katrina reels off seven birdies in her last eight holes, culminating in a clutch putt on the 383-foot par-3 hole 18. In contrast, Evelina's scorching-hot first round proves elusive today, as she struggles to find her rhythm and ultimately falls short of Katrina's impressive score.
