hello everybody and welcome to the first national tour of the year my name is Cory for the PDGA and I'm here to bring you all of the fpo action getting a started former world champion and newly minted team MVPs Sarah Hokum would shoot a 6 underp part bogey free the putt was dialed all day and so was the sidearm we caught up with the leader in the clubhouse to get her thoughts on the first round with new plastic really just like a huge monkey off my back really I had really no idea how it was going to go out there I hadn't played a tournament round yet since my new lineup with MVP so it's really exciting to go out bogey free really yeah I would say there's a little bit more strategy on the end of a course um even though this last course was kind of tricky um there's more strategy there so I mean I was nailing my lines pretty good today so I won't really be changing anything I won't need to do any field work this evening I will just putt um this evening to get ready for tomorrow from One World Champ to another here's Paige beerus getting her 2019 season started off right with a Broody on the snow covered Ho One unfortunately the putter was just off and it couldn't quite land a number of long ones we got our thoughts on that after the round um I'll probably this morning it was cold and snowy so I really didn't warm up I maybe threw like 15 PS and my Putters were wet cuz I don't want to waste a towel so I think tomorrow I think there's going to be less water so just get my warmup routine back to normal um I should be fine Paige wasn't stressing it and for a good reason it was not all bad whole eight she does find the birdie hole 16 here she throws the beautiful backand to put herself into birdie position and if luck is the crossroad of opportunity and hard work well she put in the work here on the tough par 4 as her D shot hits a fence kicks right next to the basket honorable mention of the day goes to Lisa fakas with the huge throw in on the par three whole...
