what's up everybody and welcome to another episode of down the fairway in today's episode of down the fairway i brought two more guests anthony barella and adam hammond and they're going to give you their number one tip for getting big distance off the tee what's up guys i'm anthony burrell and my one tip is called the straight line theory i like to keep a straight line all the way through my entire body my shoulders my feet and my knees more emphasis on the knees than anything because if i can get a straight line from my reach back all the way through my lower body i can get extra distance it's as easy as that once you get that timing down you can throw a lot further and a lot faster so as i was saying about the straight line through my knees i'm gonna keep it right here i'm gonna throw a power shot right through this gap as hard as i can and all i'm gonna do is keep my knees straight together like this just bring them straight into each other that's what pretty much every pro does at those top distance they don't do this whole thing they keep everything in a straight line the whole way through and here we go and as you can see by keeping my knees straight i can kill still put a bunch of power on the disc and keep it straight forward without having to worry about throwing it all over the place so yeah here's another one and focus on my knees i'm going to keep my knees straight together the whole time one fluid motion straight forward and as you can see those are some pretty powerful shots hey guys adam hamis here and my number one tip for getting more sidearm distance off the tee is start with a disc that's like 10 to like a 12 speed and is more understable so i got my z force here this is a really understable one and i'm going to show you how i can just like pop this thing out around like a hyzer as i flip up and ride that's gonna give me more distance so let's check it out so as you can see i threw that it didn't necessarily get on that turn angle that i was looking for...
