what up everybody and welcome back to the second episode of down the fairway in today's episode of down and fairway I'm gonna be tackling one of the most common questions I get when I'm doing personal lessons or when I'm doing group clinics that question is how important is it to rotate on the heel of your foot rather than the rest of your foot how I'm gonna answer this question is I'm gonna throw three shots while filming these shots I'm gonna place the camera on the ground so that you guys can see my foot positioning during all three of these shots and then I'm going to explain what I think the reasoning is for each foot position in those shots as you could tell with my hyzer shot it looks like I'm a little bit more on my toe then let's say the flat of my foot or my heel and I think the reason being is because when throwing a hyzer your weight is actually a little bit more over which is gonna make it a little bit more difficult to get on that heel or even on the flat of your foot as you could tell what the flat shot my balance was a little bit more evenly spread out over my whole entire foot and finally the Anheuser you could definitely tell that I'm rotating more on my heel with the Anheuser and I think that has to do with obviously my weight backwards in order to get that Anheuser henkle which means my weight is going to pull that front foot up and make it easier for me to rotate through my shot so basically in my opinion what it comes down to is where your balance is is probably gonna be where you're rotating on your foot I know that a lot of people are different but I wouldn't focus too much on this problem even though I get this question has probably more than any other question thank you guys for tuning in to episode 2 if you guys like the content please say so in the comment like and subscribe and remember I'll see you down the fairway
