Hey everybody, welcome to the back nine coverage of round one of the Glass Blunt Open. We're at Opie Lake. We got big sexy commentary Joe Productions videos. Yeah, on to the um onto the back nine here with Simon starting off with a fiery five down through the first five. Kind of settled down with a couple bogeies there, but um right back in the mix still and Eagles kind of turned things around after a tough start. Ricky's got a couple bogeies to lead himself into the back nine, but you're uh you're kind of picking things up yourself. Yeah, I'm playing solid so far. Keeping it in bounds. This is just kind of a straight tunnel. Uh you can do a lot of things here. Just 300 ft. try to stay off the trees. Looks like Eagle has done that perfectly. Probably one of my favorite holes um on the course for the technical aspect. It's nice. It just you don't we didn't really get uh challenged with too many technical shots. I feel like they had that one short one on the front nine and then this is really the only other one. Yeah. Um needed it to miss that tree. Would have been nice if I missed that tree, but as is I'll have a thorn bush in my putt and a about a 12 12 meter shot. Yeah. Yeah. There's just enough trees um around the green to keep you honest. So, it really forces you to go the straight route here. If you want to play the hiser that you played, then you're bringing those trees into play. Absolutely. And Simon gets to avoid them and have a little bit shorter putt because he went down the middle. Yeah. My my route needed a little more luck for sure. Mhm. Here's a little another take on the forehand. This is a nice play. That's why Ricky's forehand. There's a nice tree, too. Even though he doesn't throw it as much as he as he once did and but you can still see that he's still elite sidearm player. His form is so nice and just a clean straight shot when he wants it. Just clipped a tree there. Couldn't quite straddle as far as I wanted to thanks to those thorns. The thorns are in the way. It's a bad break. Nice putt...
