Watch the thrilling final nine of the 2026 PDGA Champions Cup presented by Vessie at New London Tech Disc Golf Course. Eric Stinchcom and Madison Walker provide expert commentary on the top players vying for the title, including Silva, who's looking sharp with a seven-under-par score through the front nine. The competition heats up as the ladies face off in the back nine, featuring the longest hole of the day at over 9,000 ft. The challenging downhill T-shot demands precision and strategy, with players needing to navigate obstacles like the left side OB and find the optimal fairway. Silva's incredible luck and skill are highlighted, but also criticized for her tendency to get stuck in tricky positions. Hello and welcome to the final nine of the 2026 PDGA Champions Cup presented by Vessie. It's our last round out here at New London Tech Disc Golf Course. It's our very first major of the year. I'm Eric Stinchcom. >> I'm Madison Walker. We're the two hotkeys. >> Honk. We're excited to see who's gonna take it down. Take the old cup down. >> It's really hard to tell right now. God, because Silva's looking sharp, very sharp. She's seven down. >> Seven down through the front nine. Bogey free. Look at that scorecard. Ha has keeps finding herself in some precarious position. She's done a couple early releases, but generally throwing the disc pretty well. She's made her test her putts, but she just keeps having these strange straddle putty kind of scrambly positions on the course. We're hoping that her luck maybe joins the chat as we move into the back nine. Uh hole 10 is the longest hole of the day I believe at over,00 ft. Big downhill T-shot to start us off. There's OB on the left that can come into play if you're trying to go huge and get carried away. Your second shot a lot of players are just trying to get up to the mouth of the gap. Ideally, you want to be a little bit more left than pinched right on the corner. Your third shot, there's not really one good fairway. I think the left side is the biggest gap, but you have to finish a little bit to the right at the end. So, it's a tough shot for the disc to fly. This is one that we do not see very many birdies on. I think we've seen like five the whole weekend. >> Five sounds right. So probable. >> So probable. Silva turning that disc out of the hand and getting very very fortunate through those little sticky trees. Those usually gobble up discs and there's no way out. Own also flexing on way too hard. An easy mistake to make when you're avoiding that left side OB, but also quite a nice result. Wow. I'm hoping these ladies find the one I left out there during practice and never came home to me. >> No. >> Do you think they're going to look for it? >> Ooh, henna. That's so good. Riding the right side perfectly....
