2020 WACO | FINALB9 LEAD | McBeth, Gurthie, Oakley, Bell | Jomez Disc Golf
The 2020 Waco Annual Charity Open presented by Prodigy Disc was shortened due to the Corona virus, resulting in a condensed second round. The final nine holes of this back-nine round are showcased, with Scott McBeth widening his lead on the card. Philo Brathwaite and Colton Montgomery trail McBeth by only a couple strokes. The focus shifts to Paul Ulibarri, who is closely watched by commentators Jeremy Kohling and Paul Ulibarri's playing partner. As McBeth navigates the challenging 591-foot par-4 10th hole, his unique situation as the leader with few close competitors becomes apparent. With a straight fairway driver or distance driver play, the key is avoiding obstacles like early trees and connecting shots to the pin. The pressure is on for McBeth to maintain his lead in this tight event where making up strokes from chase cards is crucial. The commentary highlights the importance of focus and motivation in high-stakes competition, with both McBeth and Ulibarri scrutinized for any signs of distraction or mistake.
Watch an intense final round at the 2020 WACO Disc Golf Championship, where Ricky McBeth, Paul McBeth, Gurthie, Oakley, and Bell battle for victory.

I'm sure you have as well. It's it's hard to find the motivation To kind of get you know Keep the pedal to the medal. Just kind of a it's Not a situation you find yourself in quite that often sure and when that's the case and you know that you're playing Okay, but you've left a little bit of room for others to make that To make up strokes from chase cards in such a tight event where there is only two rounds You've got to imagine that he's looking at his phone as he stripes this right down the fairway If this skips it might not be great, but no that's actually fantastic. He's gonna love that But do you think he's looking at his phone do you think he's paying attention to what's going on? Yeah, I do I think Mcbeth is a score watcher for sure as am myself and some people don't like watching or looking at this scores But I always like to know where I'm sitting in the tournament,...
