2025 New Zealand Nationals | MPO | RD3 B9 | Gossage, Robinson, Burridge, Sides
Catch up on all the action from the 2025 New Zealand Nationals at Bottle Lake Disc Golf Course. The MPO competition was heating up as Aaron Gossage led the pack with a remarkable 9-under score through the front nine holes. Meanwhile, Jaden Watkinson and Robert Burridge were in hot pursuit, with Burridge holding a narrow lead. Luke Humphrey and T Paul Omen called the shots from the commentary booth, providing expert analysis on the players' strategies and techniques. As the round progressed, Ezra Fell's pace began to slow, but he still maintained a strong position. The forehand technique was particularly discussed, with Omen advocating for a low forehand skip shot over the 254-foot par three hole. Robert Burridge continued to impress, narrowly avoiding an obstructed putt and showcasing his skill on the course. With eight holes left to play, the competition is fierce, and only time will tell who will claim the top spot in this prestigious New Zealand Nationals tournament.
