all right everyone welcome into go throw's production of the 47th New Zealand national disc golf championships we're here in Christ Church New Zealand at the bottle Lake Disc Golf course this is round three front n coverage Nate Perkins Juliana corver here to walk you guys through the action and JK you're still sitting on a pretty good lead back at botle Lake tight technical course how are you feeling well it's a course I like it's a course that I think is set up well for me so I'm feeling pretty good believe you're the only player under par through two rounds right Ella Hansen she is six back 971 rated out of Seattle Washington no doubt one of those players on the dgpt that there's really no limit to how good she can get at this game yeah both she and Sophia really really powerful players both have U just as strong forehand and backhand yeah both athletic backgrounds Ella Hansen was on the uh Women's National Team for Ultimate Frisbee sopia was Harvard rowing and then we've got Emily weatherman who's just been playing disc cof actually a really long time out there in West Texas and she took down at DIS golf pro tour last year so these girls sure did with command yeah yeah De Moine yeah that was impressive here we go let's get started hole number one par 4 608 ft there is OB on both sides it gets a little bit more narrow as you get close to the basket and then the approach has to get underneath these trees if you want to have a chance of Birdie what you guys decided to park the Ford Transit right there behind the green this week a five time world champion three time T Down Under champion and defending national champ she knows how to win here at Bott Lake it is Juliana little breezier today off the opening t-shot you put a little bit more umph into that that got some good distance yeah a little bit better than yesterday yesterday was really low out of the gate I go md4 here has that Liberty to go mid yeah no chance that's going to skip out of bounds it's such an advantage to be able to have the strength to throw mid basically as far as I am with my driver...
