foreign welcome everybody and thanks very much for joining us for the 2023 crush on the Concho this is the final round front nine uh Lone Star disc is the present presenting sponsor and shout out to low putt disc golf club for all the work that they put into this event as well I'm Joel Freeman and I'm joined by a good friend of mine here in the booth Casey white it's good to be here final round the wind has returned out here in West Texas and we are going back to the course we played the first round the temporary here at middle Concho Park here's our leaderboard and you know I'm sitting on a on a nice little lead coming into into this final round but you know as you can see a lot of a lot of names um that you recognize a lot of good talent Here Blake Whitehead uh we gotta look at him in round two so excited to see him blast some of those big four hands out on this course uh what are we looking at for a hole one Casey hole one we're dealing with a very strong left to right crosswind but the shot is a pretty standard right hand backhand hyzer maybe a one skip for most players but the wind is causing a serious challenge here because you really want to trust something overstable but the more overstable of a disc you throw the more the wind is going to knock it down yeah yeah it's like a left to win left to right and headwind so I'm just powering up on this firebird and this came out of the hand nice that's looking money you better like that one that is ideal talk about talk about a good start I've I've got the crumble shirt on today that's what that's what I call this one something I'm hoping not to do on the disc golf course today there you go all right in Emerson uh he's you know familiar with Texas of course been familiar with those heavy winds and so he's going to be a threat today looking to looking to make a push Emerson Keith also a player very familiar with winning true true you know how many like career wins you know ballpark I think he's in the 80s 80s that's impressive...
