hello everyone and welcome to the back nine the first round of the las vegas challenge we're looking at our feature card here on the first stop of the disc golf pro tour i'm erika stenchcomb and i'm madison walker we are the two hot geese hunk if you're wondering why we are two hot geese it's really just a joke that got out of hand which is very much like our commentary style katrina allen slaying the front line she is five down uh charging away she's definitely in contention to be on the lead card tomorrow jessica wiese under par and kona and missy struggling just a little bit but still in good position to score well here yeah there's a lot of birdies on the back nine to be had there were some nice calm conditions you can see natalie ryan definitely found some birdies on the back nine herself eight down through seventeen paige also hanging out along with katrina and kat at five down and we have a lot of other people under par on this infinite discourse still a lot of scoring to do hole 10 is a par 4. 381 feet it's been a par 3 in the past and if you watch the front 9 you're going to hear us talk about tweener holes a lot this is a classic example all the women are going to lay up just before this bunker and then pitch up to a very dangerous green on this hillside it's pretty easy to roll away or find the bunker if you don't commit i believe this is an emperor from jessica a lot to worry about here you just want to get as close as you can to this bunker and potentially give yourself a putt for the bird um there's not a great layup zone here maybe deep of the basket and on the left hand side gives you the flattest look at a pud if you miss to the right hand side it's a super steep slope and it gives you a death putt back towards the bunker and uphill katrina playing that right hand side hoping to get a really big skip yeah she'll have a look at it i wonder if uh very many people realize this was a par four uh i definitely did my due dil diligence on the course...
