Ravencline and Ella Hansen bring you live coverage of the 2022 Disc Golf Pro Tour (DGLO) at the back nine hole 10, part of their 40th annual Discraft Great Lakes Open. Paige Pierce and Missy Gannon are among the feature card players putting down impressive rounds to kick off the event. The duo navigates a challenging par-4, 507-foot hole with an uphill fairway and limited approach options on the right side. Ravencline analyzes Paige's initial drive and subsequent forehand approach, highlighting her successful hyzer shot that earns a birdie putt. Meanwhile, Missy faces a steeper task as she attempts to navigate the tree-lined left side of the fairway, aiming for an open line to set up her easiest approach. The duo provides expert commentary on technique, strategy, and player execution, offering insights into what it takes to succeed in this high-pressure hole.

looking fine welcome to the back nine it is our 40th annual discraft great lakes open and we are covering our fpo feature card i am ravencline and i'm ella hansen we're back for some more tobogganing action going up the hills going down the hills unfortunately we are not sledding this time but we've got some good disc golf happening uh got some paige and missy who are on our feature card putting down some sweet rounds to start it off let's see what they can do on the back nine here we have hole 10 it is a par 4 507 feet mostly uphill your first shot is kind of a bomb down the center of this fairway and a lot of players going to play something a little bit on the stable side left so they can end in the middle of the fairway if you get too far right this tree that the drone is about to fly by leaves you with a very low ceiling forehand approach not impossible to get up and down but definitely more difficult if you get on the left side of the fairway you have a chance to pipe your second shot and earn that birdie three page calling for it to hyzer and it does that's a great shot i think she'll be happy about that spot and i misspoke because it is a par four which is why i gotta earn that three cat drifted a little right just on the edge of the rough and that's a challenging shot but she still has a chance to get up and down for a birdie from there missy getting up the hill and to the left side i actually i mean if you can get past the trunk of the tree that's over on the left it sets you up for your easiest approach she's a little bit back from the trunk but i think that she'll still have an open look yeah this fairy looks very open off the tee but once you get up there to where your drive lands in the fairway it can be pretty pinched off on your approach and unless you can pump it all the way into that shadow you're gonna have an uphill approach for your footing oh yeah you can see there's that low ceiling on the right side well...
