hello disc golf world you are watching your santa cruz masters cup 2021 this is a pdga national tour event my name is kevin jones and with me today is luke humphries we are bringing you guys the coverage brought to you by gk productions yeah we are in sunny santa cruz for the 2021 masters cup big germ james proctor kind of california norcal local jake hebenheimer and then drew gibson he's a sacramento local but definitely claim in california this is a an interesting card to watch we're gonna see a bunch of different styles played on this card kev yeah we've got some really good throwers on the card today a few guys that are just really talented at their tee shots especially hole one is a a great test of a tee shot we're climbing this hill it's going way uphill uh it slopes from left to right extremely severely you could see huge roll-aways happen here but the idea is to play it up hard and somewhere up in the left of the basket is definitely one of germs thunderbirds that's great the thunderbirds great to be able to throw on this hole a lot of people opt for something faster yeah i think you really just got to get that height right james does not looks like he deflect to the right a bit proctor is one of the best backhand hyzer throwers out there in the world drew gibson has all the angles though probably going fan grip destroyer right here fan grip is his normal grip he's one of the guys that had the ability to get this hole in the other placement it was at yeah the other placement up into the left another 60 feet which is just amplified incredibly jake hebenheimer really talented off the tee as well puttings have been his struggles on the year we'll see how he handles it today yeah young guy from jefferson city missouri absolute cannon you can see him just throwing a pure hyzer up there getting some extra will but no worries that was a halo wraith from jake right there oh yeah and this is what you're going to need a lot of out here at de la villega james proctor displaying perfect control of the angle when the disc is hitting the ground reducing roll away possibilities as much...
