2021 Northwest Arkansas Open | RD1 B9 | Locastro, Bailey, Freeman, Klein
The 2021 Northwest Arkansas Open is underway, and Luke Humphries brings you the analysis of the back nine of Round 1, B9. Dynamic Disc Northwest Arkansas and Fayette Chill are proud sponsors of this event. In the booth with Luke is Zachariah Johnson, a close friend and leading scorer at seven under par. As the field navigates the challenging course, Andrew Presnell and Nikola Castro are currently tied for second place, eight under par through 12 holes. The cold fall morning brings windy conditions, with players facing difficult decisions on which route to take. Flexing forehands down the left route is a popular choice, but Andrew Presnell opted for a straight backhand approach instead. Watch as Luke and Zachariah break down the strategies and techniques used by top players like Kyle and Joel. They'll discuss the key factors that are separating the leaders from the rest of the pack, including shot selection and disc choices. From Nikola's preferred forehand flex route to Andrew's aggressive playstyle, no detail is left unexamined in this in-depth analysis.
Watch Locastro, Bailey, Freeman, and Klein's thrilling play at the 2021 Northwest Arkansas Open Round 1, hole 9.
