hello everybody welcome to the mid-america open this is round two coverage of the front nine this is presented by this craft and the footage is presented by gk pro we've got a great card ellen wood boom deanne carey myself missy gannon and heather young i'm joined here by rebecca cox hi everybody we have a four-way tie here for first place so should be pretty interesting yeah super tight all down the leaderboard um we're starting out on hole one it is a par three 280 feet uh this is definitely one that we all feel like we need to get um just because of it's one of the few birdies out here that we've all can reach and it is a relatively easy hole yeah pretty straightforward that was ellen flicking a strike uh up on the right side so she won't really have an opportunity to can we get a b or a putt here yeah it was kind of hard to tell what the wind was doing it felt like a tailwind but uh i think when ellen threw it was actually kind of a left to right so it never really had the chance to get all the way left to the basket this is looking great wow incredible shot put your hands together for missy so yesterday i threw a thrasher a little higher speed today i decided to go with an undertaker my 2020 tour series just to hold it a little straighter oh there you go yeah it was pretty friendly a little roll away a little bit of a roll away but i'll take it heather young our lefty there is a left side gap here but it looks like she's going straight something really flippy thank you yeah tricky approach very tricky dang oh that that was kind of a run for it yeah yeah i think she's just making sure she punched it through yeah that was uncharacteristic she is heather's one of the best putters in our division um just maybe some first hole jitters ellen with a bit of a tester just a bit low tapping in the birdie unfortunate bogey she'll uh look to capitalize on the next few holes yeah the next couple holes aren't really like that great of a birdie opportunity so just being able to keep you know yourself level hole...
