what's going on disc golf world my name is luke humphries and you are watching the gk pro disc golf pro tours match play championship here from hellertown pennsylvania we are at the steel club which is a an old ball golf course with a ton of history on it and a fantastic designer donald ross course and those are the ladies that are going to play for ten thousand dollars paige pierce missy gainen both fighting their way to this opportunity here at the top of the match play championship so this is a match play match i've said it in the videos before if you've watched but it's a little bit different than stroke play each hole is going to be like its own little tournament and i'll tell you more after this interview this will be the best cache of your career how are you feeling about your performance so far i feel great and it's going to be double that so uh you know all the pressure's on her she's the five-time world champion here i just gotta do what i do and take her down paige we're gonna what are gonna be some of the key aspects of your game that you're focusing on going against your best friend missy gannon all of it i'm the best player in the world she knows that she's throwing my signature discs in her bag you know we're ready to battle you guys also have lunch together i actually invited her and she bailed on me so strategy just a strategy you know can't be too friendly right before the match congratulations to you both on making it to the final round we're all excited to see how the match goes down all right that was pretty hilarious paige and missy obviously really good friends as well as incredible disc golfers miss again and strength her putting paige pierce you guys all know her game it's all around just really good but like i was saying this is match play so each hole hole's gonna be played different from the other holes the lowest score on that hole wins it and the match is over when one player leads by more than there are holes left i.e pages up four with three to play or something like that and that's an incredible crowd that's following this grouping along...
